The device has electronic switches (Q1, Q3) controllable by a load (C) i.e. electronic card, depending on requested power consumption. A reserve capacitor (C-1) supplies energy to two controllable switches, where one of the electronic switches is selected from a group consisting of a high voltage MOS transistor, a transistor, a thyristor and a bipolar transistor. A voltage regulation block (A-1) regulates the voltage to be supplied to the load under variable power consumption, and a Zener diode (D4) limits drive voltage of one of the controllable electronic switches. |
