Disclosed are various embodiments about link scheduling and multiple input and multiple output transmission in a wireless network. A link scheduling method in a wireless network according to an embodiment can comprise the following steps of: selecting one among potential data units which are waiting until the data units are assigned to one among a plurality of streams in each of multiple queues, and assigning the data unit to one of the streams; determining a destination according to a predetermined destination selection method when there is at least one unassigned stream; selecting a potential data unit having the largest amount of data among at least one potential data unit having the determined destination; and assigning the selected potential data unit to one of the streams.
