<p>The present invention includes a locking unit which unlocks a steering column and a control unit which controls the locking unit to unlock the steering column if locking prevention conditions are met while a vehicle is running. The present invention is able to prevent car accidents due to locking of a steering column and protect passengers and properties of the passengers by preventing the steering column from being locked while the vehicle is running.</p> |
