<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for improving coronary artery-plotting ability for obtaining clear images of the coronary artery in imaging diagnostic using multislice helical CT.SOLUTION: There is provided a diagnostic agent to be used in combination with a contrast agent. In order to obtain clear images of a coronary artery in imaging diagnostic using a multislice helical CT, as the diagnostic agent, about 0.05 mg/kg to about 2 mg/kg of landiolol hydrochloride is intravenously administered in a single administration for 1 minute to a patient showing a high heart rate in a non-operative state. This exhibits a safe and desired effect of improving the coronary artery plotting ability.</p> |
