Disclosed are an LED lamp drive method and system in the field of liquid crystal panel display. The method of the present invention comprises: first, adjusting a correlation between a port of an LED lamp and a channel port of an LED lamp drive chip; and then, according to the adjusted correlation, connecting the port of the LED lamp and the channel port of the LED lamp drive chip to control the light emission of the LED lamp. The present invention prevents the situation where the LED lamp drive chip overheats and even burns out the LED lamp drive chip; the present invention can adapt to the operation of various LED lamps, and reduces the failure rate of the operation of the LED lamps to the minimum; and the centralized heating of the LED lamp drive chip is effectively reduced, thus improving the service life of the LED lamp drive chip. |
