The present invention relates to a semiconductor integrated circuit device which comprises: a first power line where first voltage is applied; a second power line where second voltage is applied which is lower than the first voltage; a first clamping part connected to the first power line; a second clamping part connected between the first clamping part and the second power line; and an electric discharge part which is constituted to discharge abnormal voltage by coupling to the first clamping part or the second clamping part when the abnormal voltage is applied which is flowed in through the first power line or the second power line. |
