PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation heater device capable of obtaining an appropriate heating feel for a user when the user receives radiation heat from a heater.SOLUTION: A radiation heater device 1 comprises: a substrate portion emitting radiation heat from a heat generation unit; output control means 30 for controlling an output from the heat generation unit; and maximum output determining means 31 for determining an upper limit value of the output from the heat generation unit according to a heat load around the substrate portion. The output control means 30 controls the output from the heat generation unit according to the heat load so that the output does not exceed the upper limit value determined by the maximum output determining means 31. |
