摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging system which can be controlled so as to appropriately perform imaging even in a situation where imaging is performed in a synchronous system or non-synchronous system at the time of imaging in an FPD (Flat Panel Detector) system.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging system 50 comprises a radiation generator 57 which makes a radiation source 52 emit radiation in response to an emission start signal by an exposure switch 56, and an FPD cassette 1F, and also comprises means 58 for switching imaging systems between a first imaging system in which the FPD cassette 1F is shifted to a charge storage state on the basis of the emission start signal before the start of radiation emission by the radiation generator 57 and a second imaging system in which the FPD cassette 1F is shifted to the charge storage state by detecting the start of emission of radiation after the start of radiation emission by the radiation generator 57. The FPD cassette 1F reads out image data by operating in accordance with the imaging system switched by the means 58.</p>
