a metal foil; and a first resin layer on the metal foil, the first resin layer being of a first resin composition containing a polyamide-imide resin, the polyamides-imide resin including a first constituent unit represented by Structural Formula (1) and a second constituent unit represented by Structural Formula (2):and
a percentage of the second constituent unit to a total of the first constituent unit and the second constituent unit in the polyamide-imide resin being in a range of 5 to 35% by mol.
