This decorative panel (40) is attached to the bottom section of an in-room unit body (30) positioned so as to be inserted into an opening (O) of a ceiling (U). The panel body (41) of the decorative panel (40) has: a panel center section (400) for covering the undersurface of the in-room unit body (30) and having an intake port (401a) and a discharge port (402a) formed therein; and a panel extension part (404) extending from the entire circumference of the panel center section (400) along the ceiling surface (U1). The outer-circumferential surface (404a) of the panel extension part (404) has a permeation prevention part (60) formed along the outer circumference of the panel extension part (404) in order to prevent the permeation of water onto the ceiling surface (U1) from the outer-circumferential surface (404a) of the panel extension part (404).
