The production method for ginseng berry extract according to the present invention has the advantage not only of allowing non-destructive concentration of ginsenoside Re, which is a main constituent of the ginseng berry, even without the addition of heat but also of making pulverisation possible and producing an extract of intensified ginsenoside Re content from ginseng berries in a straightforward and economic fashion.
