Said method comprises: a first node sends random access channel resource allocation information to a second node, said random access channel resource allocation information being instructed by one or more amounts of random access channel configuration information. The technical solution provided in the present invention embodiment is applicable to LTE/LTE-A networks and achieves the allocation of MTC UE random access channel resources within LTE/LTE-A systems.
