Provided are a robot information reporting method, device and system, which relate to the field of robots and are used for reducing maintenance costs. The method comprises: determining an instruction message, wherein the instruction message is used for a server to instruct a robot user equipment (UE) to report information about the robot UE; sending the instruction message to the robot UE; and receiving a response message returned by the robot UE, wherein the response message is the related information about the robot UE which is acquired by the robot UE according to the instruction message. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to the field of robot information acquisition.
