The present invention relates to a thermal radiation sensor and a thermogram photographing device. The thermal radiation sensor according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a heat absorption layer, an optical resonator which is formed around the heat absorption layer, and a plasmonic absorber on the heat absorption layer. The embodiment of the present invention provides the heat radiation sensor of high sensitivity capable of accurately sensing heat by improving sensitivity.
