The present invention provides Hahella chejuensis derived recombinant cellulose and a use thereof. According to the present invention, the recombinant cellulose has high utilization in processes by exhibiting high stability at high temperature and optimized activation in a neutral pH. Furthermore, cost can be reduced as an additional treatment for a fermenting process is not required and monosaccharide production is possible by which cellulose according to the present invention exhibits exoglucanase activation as well as endoglucanase activation. Industrial profit can be promoted as this enzyme activity is favorable to fermentation or thermal treatment conditions for biofuel production.
