PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new light-emitting element having high reliability even when a phosphorescent compound, for instance, blue phosphorescent compound, having high light-emitting energy is used as a guest material.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element includes a light-emitting layer containing at least a host material and a plurality of guest materials. One of a plurality of light emissions obtained by radiating excitation light (an output that does not cause density extinction) to the light-emitting layer exhibits a multicomponent attenuation curve. Light emission lifetime thereof is 5 μsec or more and 15 μsec or less, preferably, 5 μsec or more and 10 μsec or less.
