PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a predetermined perfluoroelastomer having improved heat resistance, a production method thereof, and a cured article obtained therefrom.SOLUTION: The invention pertains to a peroxide curable perfluoroelastomer comprising: a recurring unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene (TFE); a recurring unit derived from perfluoroethylvinylether (EVE), in an amount of 2 to 17 mol%, with respect to total recurring units derived from TFE, perfluoromethylvinylether (MVE), and EVE; and a recurring unit derived from perfluoromethylvinylether (MVE), in an amount of 23 to 35 mol%, with respect to total recurring units derived from TFE, perfluoromethylvinylether (MVE), and EVE, to a production method thereof, and to a use thereof for the production of cured articles. |
