<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoat aluminum plate and a heat sink for an on-vehicle LED lighting, which are excellent in heat radiation.SOLUTION: A precoat aluminum plate 10 is used in a heat sink for an on-vehicle LED lighting, and includes an aluminum plate 20 and resin coating 3A. The aluminum plate 20 has the heat transfer coefficient of 150 W/m K or more. The resin coating 3A includes thermoset resin, black color pigment components, and an aggregate. The resin coating 3A has the film thickness of 5-15μm, and the arithmetic average roughness Ra of 1-3μm on the surface thereof. The resin coating 3A has the integral emissivity of 0.80 or more in 25°C in a range of wavelength of 3-30μm in an infrared region. A heat sink 1 for an on-vehicle LED lighting is made by formation with the precoat aluminum plate 10.</p> |
