摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which is arranged by use of silicon or germanium, and capable of generating inductive emission light.SOLUTION: A cluster nanoparticle includes oxygen and at least one of silicon and germanium, and has a size of 1 nm or smaller. The cluster nanoparticle has: a center portion in which the element composition ratio of the silicon and germanium to oxygen is 1:1, or the silicon and the germanium are more than oxygen; and carbon hydride chains covering the surface of the center portion. The cluster nano particle is capable of generating inductive emission light. It has been confirmed that laser oscillation is performed at 438 nm as shown in the drawing on condition that a laser medium including the cluster nano particle is used.</p>
