<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strawberry cultivation method and a strawberry harvesting method, by which berries of a non-everbearing strawberry cultivar excellent in yield and quality can be stably supplied over all the year-round, and especially labor load can be reduced, and reasonable cost can be attained for energy and the like.SOLUTION: A method by which berries of a non-everbearing strawberry are harvested over all the year-round comprises: 1) a step in which the non-everbearing strawberry is forcing-cultured; 2) a step in which strawberry roots are transplanted, after berries are harvested from the strawberry cultivated in the step 1), to an environmental chamber where a day-length condition and a temperature condition are kept within certain ranges; 3) a step in which the strawberry roots are cultivated in the environmental chamber of 2); and 4) a step in which berries are continuously harvested from the strawberry roots of 3).</p> |
