The present invention relates to the communication technology, particularly to a method for establishing a communication connection between a mobile device and a secure element, and a mobile device for achieving the method. The method for establishing a communication connection between a mobile device and a secure element in accordance with the present invention comprises the following steps: when detecting that a secure element establishes a physical connection therewith, a mobile device conducts security authentication on the secure element; if the security authentication is successful, the mobile device determines whether configuration information required for establishing the communication connection with the secure element already exists therein; and if the required configuration information exists, the mobile device uses the configuration information to establish the communication connection with the secure element; otherwise, the mobile device acquires the required configuration information from the secure element to establish the communication connection with the secure element.
