METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING RECEIVING END OF MULTI-COIL ARRAY-TYPE WIRELESS POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM

A method and system for identifying a receiving end of a multi-coil array-type wireless power supply system. The method comprises: a transmitting end activates transmitting end coils at where a receiving end is located (S10); the transmitting end determines whether or not an RXID signal is received within a predetermined time, tfirst signal timeout (S20); if yes, then the transmitting end identifies the receiving end as an expected receiving end (S200); and, if not, the transmitting end identifies the receiving end as a foreign object (S201). The method and system employ a time-division multiplexing system with respect to a multi-coil array of the transmitting end, sequentially activate the transmitting end coils at where the receiving end is located, and, by determining whether or not the RXID signal allowing unique identification of the identity of the expected receiving end is received by the transmitting end within the time of tfirst signal timeout, identify whether or not the receiving end is the expected receiving end, thus achieving the goal of identification of the identity of the receiving end by the multi-coil array-type wireless power supply system, and allowing for implementation of commercialized applications based on receiving end identity.
