PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably suppress deterioration or decomposition of garden stuff.SOLUTION: A packaging bag for keeping freshness of garden stuff is made of a perforated synthetic resin film. A through-hole is provided in the perforated synthetic resin film. In regard to the through-hole, when Sout represents a hole area of an outer surface of the packaging bag for keeping the freshness of the garden stuff and Sin represents a hole area of an inner surface of the packaging bag for keeping the freshness of the garden stuff, the packaging bag for keeping the freshness of the garden stuff satisfies the inequality: Sout/Sin>1.
