<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet capable of being applied to various water receiving parts without requiring individual adjustment.SOLUTION: An automatic faucet (2) attached to an attachment surface (4) to be used includes a spout part (8) having a discharge port (8a), a base part (16) provided on the spout part and arranged to be abutted to an upper surface side of the attachment surface, a solenoid valve (14) switching discharge and stop of water, a microwave sensor (10) having a transmitting part for transmitting microwaves and a receiving part for receiving the reflected microwaves and arranged below the attachment surface, a controller (12) for opening and closing the solenoid valve based on a detection signal by the microwave sensor, and a sensor supporting member (26) fixed so as to be extended to a lower surface side of the attachment surface from the base part. The sensor supporting member positions the microwave sensor at a prescribed position to the base part so that the microwave sensor transmits the microwaves to a prescribed direction.</p> |
