1. A lighting apparatus, comprising:
a first reflector and a second reflector; at least one light source disposed between the first reflector and the second reflector; an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate separate from each other; a heat dissipation unit for holding the light source and the upper cover plate, and being disposed between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate to dissipate heat from the light source, the heat dissipation unit being supported by the lower cover plate; and an optical member supported by the upper cover plate, wherein the light source includes a semiconductor light emitting device.
