<p>The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and device for managing documents according to rights based on a document object model, which relate to the field of information safety. The method comprises: by performing rights level setting on an original document of a node tree structure, enabling the original document to form a plurality of tree node groups having different rights levels; respectively extracting level values of the rights levels of each tree node group from the plurality of tree node groups; according to the extracted level values, processing the plurality of tree node groups having different rights levels, and generating available document data of each rights level; and respectively sending to a terminal having a corresponding rights level the generated available document data of each rights level. By defining a document format with a rights level, the embodiments of the present invention can simultaneously share some or all contents of the same document to a plurality of other terminal devices according to different rights levels without preparing a plurality of documents.</p> |
