An apparatus for detecting a crystallization stain is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the provided apparatus for detecting a crystallization stain comprises: a supporting unit where a crystallized substrate is mounted; a light source unit which radiates a polarized light source to a substrate at a fixed wavelength; and a detecting unit which detects a crystallization stain from the area where the light source is radiated.
