A dual beam spectrum calibration analyzer comprises: a light source device(1), a first spectral separation device(2), a second spectral separation device (3), a beam refraction device(4), a beam wavelength calibration device (5), a injector device(6), a beam absorption calibration device(7), a signal detection device(8), a signal analysis recording device(9); wherein beam refraction device(4) is connected with first spectral separation device(2) and second spectral separation device (3); beam wavelength calibration device (5) is located between beam refraction device(4) and injector device(6); the beam refraction device (4) is used to conduct intermittent absorption and shielding for specific beam that is generated by first spectral separation device(2) and second spectral separation device (3), the beam wavelength calibration device (5) is mainly used to implement wavelength calibration for the beam which is from the light source device(1) , to eliminate the error; the injector device (6) conduct the role of sample introduction and preliminary analysis with sample test; through standard calibration solution, the beam absorption calibration device(7) can implement absorption correction for the beam that pass through the injector device (6); then the signal detection device (8) carry out conversion and analysis of optical signal after beam attenuation, which has a better sensitivity with spectral changes, good linearity and low noise level; then signal analysis recording device (9) implement the preservation and recording of optical signals; wherein the light source device (1) utilize the combination light source of Nickel-hydrogen lamp and quartz low-pressure mercury lamp ,which have a series connection mode ; the first spectral separation device (2) comprise concave mirrors and the prisms, which have a combination of alternating permutations; the beam refraction device (4) contains the rotating six-sided prism. 1 /4 5 6 78 Figure 1 |
