Illuminating lamp comprises a top cover structure (1) and a lower structure base (5). At least one hole (2) is formed in the top cover structure (1) for installing at least one light receiver (3), and a solar cell (4) is attached above the lower structure base (5). The light receiver (3) is a lens or a light receiver sheet for transmitting light to the solar cell (4). The illuminating lamp also comprises a major controller (8), an inside motor (19) and an outside motor (20). A light meter (6) is provided on the top cover structure (1) to communicate with the controller (8) to control the inside motor (19) to move the lamp up-down with desired angle or control the outside motor (20) to move the lamp left-right by desired angle. |
