A method for secured data transmission of visually encoded data from a mobile end device (100) to a processing unit (300) comprises the following steps: On a security element (200) of the end device (100) a datum (215) to be transmitted is supplied (S3). In a next step, the datum, for example transaction data, is encrypted (S4) in session-specific fashion through the security element (200). Subsequently, from the encrypted datum visually encoded image data are generated (S6), preferably in the form of a bar code or a sequence of bar codes. Finally, the visually encoded image data are displayed (S7) through the end device (100). |
