A device for controlling the flow of an open shaft ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a thrust shaft member exposed to the outside towards the rear of the ship; a propeller hub rotatably coupled to the thrust shaft member; a propeller wing positioned on the outer surface of the propeller hub; and a flow control member arranged in front of the propeller wing with reference to the forward moving direction of the ship, wherein the flow control member comprises a plurality of base units protruding from the circumference of the thrust shaft member at a distance from each other and a connection unit for connecting the plurality of base units.
