<p>The present invention relates to a polyester-based primer composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin; between 1 and 20 parts by weight of water-dispersible fine particles; and a balance of water. In contrast to urethane-based primer compositions, the polyester-based primer composition of the present invention has outstanding water resistance and solvent resistance and thus can exhibit sufficient adhesive strength between a protective film and a functional coating layer and can maintain a stable adhesive strength for a long time even without the help of an additive such as a crosslinking agent.</p> |
