The present invention relates to a billiard room automating system for integrally managing charging and payment for orders and billiard games in each billiard room, each billiard room relating to advertisement output, users, advertisements, and events. For this purpose, provided is a billiard room automating system including multiple game control units by billiard table installed in each of at least one billiard table installed in a billiard room to count game time following the progress of a billiard game, calculate a game fee according to the count result, photograph game images, calculate and display scores through the real time processing and analysis of the images, paly tracking data, and calculate and suggest optimized shot advice information, multiple POS/management servers by billiard room installed at desk of each billiard room to input or set game-related information formed through each game control unit by billiard table, process charging, calculation, and payment for costs relating to orders and the progress of games, and control output by storing and managing at least one advertisement content to be exposed through each game control unit by billiard table, and a central management server connected to the POS/management servers by billiard room through a network to integrally manage information of each billiard room through the POS/management servers by POS/management servers room. Thus, each billiard room dotted around the country is able to be efficiently managed. |
