PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy and safe use of an electric separation type coil without turning a patient upside down during a surgery.SOLUTION: When an electric separation type coil 20 is used by means of a sheath 33 and a guiding catheter 32 passed through a lumen of the sheath 33, a conductor 11 in a pair pole electrode 10 is inserted and extended between the inner face of the sheath 33 and the outer face of the guiding catheter 32 to be exposed at both ends of the sheath 33. |
