PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transmission type curved surface screen in which the traces of vent holes of a molding mold are hardly conspicuous even when a curved surface is molded by utilizing the molding mold and air pressure.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a transmission type curved surface screen 20 includes: a laminate preparation step for preparing a laminate 10A for molding before molding in a curved surface shape, with the transmission type curved surface screen including a curved surface-shaped curved surface laminate 10; and a first curved surface molding step for curved surface molding the laminate for molding to make a curved surface laminate by using a molding mold M and air pressure. In the first curved surface molding step, the molding mold is made of aluminum or the like, the mold material itself is a porous material, and thus the molding mold has a plurality of vent holes on the mold surface. Moreover, the laminate for molding may have a fresnel lens layer. Or, a fresnel lens sheet for molding may be molded to a curved surface fresnel lens sheet and laminated to make a curved surface laminate in the first curve surface molding step. |
