<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily discharging sediments within a methane fermentation tank body out of the tank without opening the methane fermentation tank body interior and a methane fermentation tank having a constitution capable of executing the method.SOLUTION: A digestion tank 100 (methane fermentation tank) provided by one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a digestion tank body 1; a liquid pressing/inputting apparatus 3 for pressing/inputting a liquid onto the bottom portion of the digestion tank body 1 interior; and a discharge apparatus 4 for discharging, out of the tank, sediments S sedimented on the bottom portion of the digestion tank body 1 interior. The sediments S are induced to migrate by the liquid pressed/inputted by the liquid pressing/inputting apparatus 3, and the migrated sediments S are discharged out of the tank by the discharge apparatus 4.</p> |
