PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation device which is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: In an evacuation device for lifting and lowering a lifting and lowering plate 2 along a guide supporting post 1, the lifting and lowering plate 2 meshes with a rack 3 formed on the guide supporting post 1 via a pinion 4. A descending speed of the lifting and lowering plate is regulated by a speed reduction device 5 connected to the pinion 4 in descending. The pinion 4 is idly rotated with respect to the speed reduction device 5 in ascending, and the lifting and lowering plate is pulled up by a weight 7 connected via a wire 6. In addition, the guide supporting post 1 is formed into a closed cross-sectional shape and houses the weight 7 and the wire 6 in the inside. |
