PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing communication pairing without a user operation in an on-vehicle image monitoring system.SOLUTION: A camera side communication part 106 of an on-vehicle camera unit 1A transmits an image taken by a camera part 104 and frequency data on noise superposed on a power supply voltage supplied from a battery 3F that is generated by a camera side frequency detection part 103. An image output part 206 of an on-vehicle reception unit 2A outputs an image received by a reception side communication part 204. A reception side frequency detection part 203 detects a frequency component of the noise superposed on the power supply voltage supplied from the battery 3F of a vehicle to generate the frequency data. The camera side communication part 106 and the reception side communication part 204 perform paring and communication on the basis of a comparison result between the frequency data generated by the camera side frequency detection part 103 and the frequency data generated by the reception side frequency detection part 203. |
