The computer determines whether the characteristics of the social media account of the buyer satisfies the first restriction on the sale of the item. Based on the determination of whether the characteristics of the social media account of the buyer satisfies the first restriction on the sale of the item, the computer determines whether to transmit the offer for purchase of the item to the seller.
