in a case where a mobility management apparatus decides that gateway relocation is necessary according to movement of a user equipment, the mobility management apparatus sending a deactivate request towards the user equipment; and the mobility management apparatus selecting a new gateway that is appropriate for location of the user equipment to connect with more efficient path between the user equipment and the new gateway by sending the deactivate request. |
