The blue photoresist combination that can emit infrared light comprises components with the following weight percentages based on the total weight of the combination: 2%-20% of a mixed coloring material, 30%-90% of a solvent, 2%-25% of alkali-soluble resin, 2%-20% of an unsaturated monomer, 0.01%-1% of a photoinitiator, and 0.005%-0.02% of other additives, where the mixed coloring material comprises a colorant and a surface-modified infrared light-emitting material with the weight ratio being 20:1-1:1.
