<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new metal phthalocyanine complex, having a significantly strong absorption band in an infra-red/near-infrared spectrum region, and significantly useful in a use for a photoelectric conversion element, and a photoelectric conversion element using the same.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is formed by laminating a conductive substrate 12, a working electrode 13 formed by adsorbing a dye to a metal oxide, an electrolyte 14, and a counter electrode 15. The dye is a metal phthalocyanine complex or salt thereof. A dye adsorption amount per unit volume (mol/cm) of the metal oxide of the working electrode is 1.0×10to 20×10mol/cm.</p> |
