PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the conduction operation and the conduction release operation of a terminal part and a contact part, without providing any exceptional power.SOLUTION: A contact device includes a clip part provided with a contact part at the front end, a relay part for bringing the front end of the clip part into open state by pressing the rear end thereof, and a hand part including a substrate holding part for holding a substrate that is brought into contact with the contact part, and a pressing part for bringing the front end of the clip part into open state via the relay part. The clip part includes a first block and a second block combined openably and closably by a first shaft member, and the relay part is supported pivotally by a second shaft member arranged on the rear side of the first shaft member. When pressed by the pressing part, the relay part pivots about the second shaft member, as a fulcrum, and brings the front end of the clip part into open state by pressing the rear end of any one of the first block or second block. |
