<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having a high numerical aperture.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device is configured to have: a first substrate; a first insulating film formed on the first substrate; a first barrier formed on the first insulating film; a second insulating film covering the first insulating film and the first barrier, and having a concave curved surface; a first electrode formed on the second insulating film, and having an end part at a position overlapped with the first barrier; a second barrier formed on the first barrier, and covering the end part of the first electrode; a layer containing a luminescent organic compound, formed on the first electrode and the second barrier; a second electrode formed on the layer containing the luminescent organic compound; and a second substrate located on the second electrode, and overlapped with the first substrate.</p> |
