1. A method of treating gastric cancer comprising the steps of:
(1) silencing gene CTBP-1 with siRNA; (2) preparing a combination of the silenced CTBP-1 gene with an anti-cancer compound selected from the group consisting of 5-FU, Cisplatin, Epirubicin and mixtures thereof; (3) administering a therapeutic dosage of the combination to a patient with gastric cancer either separately or physically mixed. |
