An organometallic compound represented by Formula 1, below: wherein, in Formula 1, X is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C4-C20 alicyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 heteroalicyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aromatic group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 heteroaromatic group; a is an integer of 1 to 5, wherein, when a is 2 or greater, X are identical to or different from each other; L1 is selected from —O—, —S—, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkylene group; b is an integer of 0 to 5, wherein Y1 or Y2 is bound to X when b is 0, L1 is bound to Y1 or Y2 and to X when b is 1 or greater, and L1 are identical to or different from each other when b is 2 or greater; M is a transition metal having an atomic weight of 40 or greater; Y1 is a first ligand selected from a monodentate organic ligand, a bidentate organic ligand, a tridentate organic ligand, or a tetradentate organic ligand; n is an integer of 1 to 4; Y2 is a second ligand represented by Formula 2, below; m is an integer of 1 to 3; c is an integer of 2 to 5, and moieties represented byin which * is a binding site to X, are identical to or different from each other; wherein, in Formula 2, X11 to X13 are each independently a carbon atom (C) or a nitrogen atom (N); ring A is a C2-C60 heteroaromatic group including at least one nitrogen atom as a ring member; ring B is selected from a C4-C20 alicyclic group, a C2-C20 heteroalicyclic group, a C6-C20 aromatic group, or a C2-C20 heteroaromatic group; R1 and R2 are each independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid group or a salt thereof, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 heterocycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylthio group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroaryl group, —N(Q1)(Q2), —C(═O)(Q3), and —Si(Q4)(Q5)(Q6), in which Q1 to Q6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroaryl group; d1 is an integer of 1 to 8, wherein, when d1 is 2 or greater, R1 are identical to or different from each other; d2 is an integer of 1 to 8, wherein, when d2 is 2 or greater, R2 are identical to or different from each other; and * and *′ in Formula 2 indicate binding sites to M. |
