The present invention is relative to a washing apparatus (1) comprising a chamber (10) for receiving goods to be washed, a heat pump (20) system including a refrigerant circuit (21) comprising a first heat exchanger (22) being adapted to cool a refrigerant and to heat water to be used in the chamber (10), a second heat exchanger (24) being adapted to heat said refrigerant and to cool an auxiliary fluid, a compressor (26) arranged in the circuit between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a pressure lowering device (28) arranged between the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger. Furthermore, the apparatus includes an auxiliary circuit wherein said auxiliary fluid is apt to flow, a portion (109) of said auxiliary circuit being adapted to exchange heat with said refrigerant circuit (21) within said second heat exchanger (24), said auxiliary circuit including a tank (30) having an auxiliary fluid inlet (102) and an auxiliary fluid outlet (103), said tank being external to said second heat exchanger (24). |
