Disclosed is an inter-posterior spine distraction implant unit (10) for solving problems such as poor stability of inter-spine distraction implant systems and complex surgery in the prior art. The inter-posterior spine distraction implant unit (10), being cylindrical as a whole, has a cavity (101) inside, and comprises: a first segment (1), more than two changeable wings (4), a second section (2), more than two fixed wings (5), and a third section (3) successively in elastic connection. During use, firstly, the changeable wings (4) are closed, and are then inserted between adjacent spinous processes of the spine through the incision (412) of interspinous ligaments, and then the changeable wings (4) are unfolded, and together with the fixed wings (5), snaps the adjacent spinous processes of the spine, playing the role of distracting the inter-spine. The inter-posterior spine distraction implant unit (10) not only has a small incision, but can also be implanted without damaging supraspinous ligaments during use. It reduces the difficulty of the operation, and has a good stability.
