<p>A crank type riding exercise device according to the present invention includes: a main body installed on the ground; a moveable shaft part consisting of a cylinder with the bottom closed vertically arranged in the main body so as to move vertically and tilt forward and backward, a coil spring mounted inside the cylinder, a piston inserted in the cylinder so as to compress the coil spring downward for reciprocating vertically, a shaft extended from the top of the piston so as to protrude upward from the cylinder and the main body, and an air suction and discharge hole formed on the cylinder for sucking and discharging air when the piston reciprocates in the cylinder; a saddle fixed on the top of the shaft; and a riding exercise drive part arranged in the main body for transmitting crank motion to the cylinder so as to enable the moveable shaft part to reciprocate vertically and tilt forward and backward.</p> |
