The present invention relates to a semiconductor integration circuit apparatus having transistors of a differential amplifier. A semiconductor integration circuit apparatus includes a plurality of first groups which include multiple first segment transistors which are arranged in a transistor region and form a first transistor receiving a first signal, and a second segment transistor which forms a second transistor receiving a second signal; and a plurality of second groups which are arranged in the transistor region, include first segment transistors and second segment transistors, and have an opposite arrangement to the arrangements of the first and the second segment transistors of the first group.
